Living with a chronic disease like diabetes is no joke. Literally. To communicate that message we created “Yo Amo El Dulce” (I Love Sweets), an online-only content campaign that used a non-traditional approach focused on key aspects of how to positively manage the disease. The campaign, intended initially for the Hispanic market, served as a bridge to create more traffic to “Cuida Tu Don de la Salud” (Take Care of your Gift of Health), a bigger health literacy effort developed for Boehringer Ingelheim.
